- 为筛选出铁皮石斛从生芽继代增殖的最适培养基和培养条件,以MS为基本培养基,研究比较了活性炭、植物激素、有机添加物以及温度和光照等因素对铁皮石斛生长状况的影响。结果表明:丛生芽继代增殖的最佳配方为MS+6BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+香蕉100 g/L+活性炭0.5 g/L+蔗糖30 g/L,丛生芽长势好,60d增殖系数达到7.16;最适培养温度为25℃,最佳的光照强度为2 000 lx。
- Abstract:
- In order to select optimal medium and culture conditions from clustered buds subculture proliferation of Dendrobium candidum,taking the MS as the basic medium,the effect of activated carbon,plant hormones,organic additives,temperature,light and other factors on growth of Dendrobium candidum were studied.The results showed that the best formola for clustered buds subculture proliferation was MS+6BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L+banana 100 g/L+activated carbon 0.5 g/L+sucrose 30 g/L,proliferation coefficient reached 7.16 in 60 days;optimal temperature was 25℃,with optimal light intensity for 2 000 lx.
