- 以“美登”蓝莓组培苗为试材,研究了不同基质、不同激素组合、不同移栽月份及不同温湿度环境条件等移栽技术措施对“美登”蓝莓组培苗室外移栽成活率、生根率及苗高的影响。结果表明:移栽基质以沙子+草炭土(1∶1)最佳;蘸取ABT1号500 mg/L 30 s情况下生根率达970%,9~10月移栽成活率高于其它月份,适宜的培养温湿度条件为温度25℃、湿度75%。
- Abstract:
- Taking tissue cultured seedling of blueberry‘Blomidon’as material,the effect of different substrates,different growth regulators,different transplanting month,different temperature and humidity on survival rate,rooting rate and seedling height were studied.The results showed that the best transplanting substrates was sand+peat (1∶1);the rooting rate reached 97.0% for dipped into the ABT1 500 mg/L 30 s,the survival rate of transplanting seedlings in September to October was higher than other months,suitable culture conditions of temperature was 25℃ and humidity was 75%.
