- 在介绍杀虫式气调(Insecticidal Controlled Atmospheres,ICA)概念的基础上,深入探讨了ICA控制害虫的生理生化机理和ICA对果蔬贮藏特性的影响,介绍了其它因素诸如温度、湿度、处理时间及气体比例在ICA对害虫控制和果蔬保鲜的影响。最后,就ICA研究中存在的问题和以后的发展方向作了探讨和展望。
- Abstract:
- On the basis of inducing the conception of insecticidal controlled atmospheres (ICA),the physic-biochemical mechanism of controlling insects and effects on storage attributes of fruits and vegetables under ICA were discussed in this article.Meantime,the effects of other factors such as temperature,humidity,treating time,and gas proportion on insects control and storage quality of ICA during fruits and vegetables storage were also discussed.Finally,focused on the problems exists of ICA research,some suggestions for the further development of ICA was proposed.
