西洋胚轴愈伤组织诱导培养条件研究

- 以汉中西洋参萌胚种子为试材,研究了不同培养条件对西洋参胚轴外植体脱分化愈伤诱导的效果。结果表明:不同培养条件下西洋参胚轴外植体脱分化启动与愈伤组织诱导效果存在明显差异(p<0.01);西洋参胚轴外植体的愈伤组织诱导存在“集体式”快速脱分化与“个体式”逐步积累脱分化〖JP4〗2种基本方式。当培养条件为MS+2,4-D 3.0 mg/L+NAA 2.0 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L,西洋参胚轴外植体脱分化诱导愈伤组织效果相对最佳。
- Abstract:
- Taking the seeds of Panax quique folium L.as materials,the effect that different culture conditions exerted on the callus induction from embryonic axis explants of Panax quique folium L.were studied.The results showed that culture conditions had significant influence on callus induction from embryonic axis explants(P<0.01).The two ways that embryonic axis were fast ‘community’and slow ‘individuality’ respectively.Moreover,it took the best effect of callus induction when the culture condition was MS+2,4-D 3.0 mg/L+NAA 2.0 mg/L+6-BA 1.0 mg/L.
