- 以“风味4号”、“风味5号”、“黄皮9818”、“雪里红”、“金凤凰”、“红心脆”、“仙果”甜瓜为试材,研究了单一接种法和复合接种法的抗性鉴定,并用SPSS 13.0软件进行相关性分析。结果表明:ra=0.86042,rb=0.98590,rc=0.95806,rd=0.61513,表明2种接种方法之间呈显著的正相关;经双样本等方差分析,t值都小于t0.01=4.604,各种病害单一接种与复合接种的病情指数在0.01水平差异均不显著,说明用复合接种法进行多抗性鉴定是可行的。
- Abstract:
- Taking 7 melon varieties ‘Fengwei No.4’,‘Fengwei No.5’,‘Huangpi 9818’,‘Xuelihong’,‘Jinfenhuang’,‘Hongxincui’ and ‘Xianguo’ as materials,the resistance identification of single inoculation method and multi-inoculation method were studied.Relativity analysis was done with SPSS 13.0 software.The results showed that the ra=0.86042,rb=0.98590,rc=0.95806,rd=0.61513, the two kinds of methods had distinct positive correlation,and the disease index of the two kinds of methods was not significant in 0.01 level,which confirmed the multi-inoculation method was feasible.
