- 以大蒜种子为试材,研究了纯净水、自来水和蒸馏水3种水质中0、0.3、0.6、0.9、1.2 mol/L浓度的NaCl胁迫对大蒜种子萌发的影响。结果表明:3种水质在相同浓度NaCl胁迫下大蒜发芽活力指标体系(根系活力、根生长和发芽率)不同,在同一水质中不同浓度的NaCl胁迫下大蒜发芽活力指标体系也不一样。
- Abstract:
- Garlic seeds were used as materials,the effect of NaCl stress on garlic seed germination was studied for pure water,tap water and distilled water under NaCl with concentration of 0,0.3,0.6,0.9,1.2 mol/L.The results showed that quality on vitality index system (root activity,root growth and germination rate) were different in the same concentration of NaCl stress under three kinds of water.Under different concentrations of NaCl stress,vitality index system rate were not the same in the same water.
