- 以柳叶马鞭草为试材,研究了NaCl单盐胁迫对其种子萌发的影响,并调查了种苗大田生长情况,以探明柳叶马鞭草的耐盐性。结果表明:NaCl胁迫使柳叶马鞭草种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数等指标明显降低,且随着NaCl浓度的增加,抑制作用增强;NaCl溶液浓度与相对发芽率呈极显著负相关,柳叶马鞭草种子萌发的耐盐适宜范围是04%,耐盐半致死浓度为07%,耐盐极限浓度为12%;土壤全盐含量为2‰~4‰大田鉴定下,柳叶马鞭草实生苗移栽成活率97%,株高1085 cm,茎粗760 cm,无盐胁迫症状,观赏性佳。试验表明柳叶马鞭草具有较强的耐盐性和极佳的观赏性,可作为耐盐碱新优花卉在中度盐碱地区进行试栽应用。
- Abstract:
- Taking Verbena bonariensis as test material,the effect of NaCl single salt stress on seed germination were studied and its main ornamental characteristics in fields were observed,to explore the salt resistant ability of Verbena bonariensis.The results showed that the germination rate,gernination energy,germination index and vigor index were decreased visibly,and the inhibition effect increased significantly with increasing salt concentration.Salt solution concentration were very significant negative correlation with the relative germination rate,the fit salt concentration for Verbena bonariensis seed germination was 04% NaCl,and the half- lethal concentration and fatal concentration of NaCl was 07% and 12%,respectively.Field plant culturing under 2%~4% concentration of total salt content,the survival rate of transplants was 97%,the plant height was 1085 cm and the stem diameter was 760 cm,no salt stress symptoms,the ornamental characteristics was good.The experiment showed that,Verbena bonariensis had strong salt resistance and excellent ornamental,could grow in moderate salinity area as new optimum plants of salinity tolerance in moderate salinity area.
