- 以香石竹切花为试材,研究了纳米银(Nano-siver,NS)处理对香石竹切花瓶插寿命和部分生理特性的影响。结果表明:NS处理可显著延长香石竹切花的瓶插寿命,有效减缓花枝相对鲜重和花瓣可溶性蛋白质含量的下降;同时,NS处理还能提高瓶插期内香石竹切花花瓣中SOD和CAT的活性,延缓花瓣相对电导率的上升。
- Abstract:
- Taking cut carnation(Dianthus caryophyllus cv.Master) flowers as test materials,physiological effects of nano-silver (NS) treatment on senescence of cut carnation(Dianthus caryophyllus cv.Master) flowers were investigated.The results showed that the NS treatment could significantly prolong the vase life of cut carnation flowers,and effectively delay the decrease in their relative fresh weight and the degradation rate of soluble protein in petals.In addition,it was found that NS treatment could obviously increase the activities of CAT and SOD in petals and decrease their relative conductivity during the vase period.
