- 从地黄田土壤中筛选到1株对地黄枯萎病有较强拮抗作用的菌株S15,并对S15进行发酵条件的初步研究。结果表明:生防菌S15发酵最合适的条件为:28℃、pH 7.5的黄豆饼粉浸出液1%,葡萄糖10 g,NaCl 2.5 g,CaCO3 2 g,蛋白胨 3 g,蒸馏水1 000 mL的培养液中以170 r/min的速度振荡培养4 d。
- Abstract:
- An actinomycete strain S15 antagonistic against Rehmanniae Fusarium Wilt was isolated from the soil in Rehmanniae field and the fermentation conditions were primary investigated.The results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were lixivium of soybean cake 1%,glucose 10 g,NaCl 2.5 g,CaCO3 2 g,peptone 3 g,distilled water 1 000 mL,pH 7.5,temperature 28℃,170 r/min,fermenting 4 days.
