- 以美国核桃1、2 a生苗为试材,研究比较了劈切和腹接2种嫁接方法对美国山核桃苗嫁接成活率及其生长状况的影响。结果表明:不同年龄的苗木应采用不同的嫁接方法,1 a生美国山核桃砧木苗直径较小,采用腹接法比劈接法成活率高,2 a生砧木苗则应采用劈接法成活率高,达到89.3%。2种嫁接方法苗木高生长差异达到了极显著水平,但直径生长差异不显著。砧木直径和接穗生长高有极强的线性回归关系(P<0.01)。
- Abstract:
- With one or two years old Carya illinoersis as materials,the effects of survival rate and growth vigor by split grafting and sidegrafting were compared and analyzed.The results showed that different age of seedlings should adopt different methods of grafting.The stem diameter of annual seedlings was thin,sidegrafting had higher survival rate than split grafting,but two annual seedlings should be adopted by split grafting,the survival rate as high as to 89.3%,two kinds of grafting methods seedling of high growth difference at a significant level,and thick growth difference was not significant.The growth of grafted was linearly correlated with stem diameter of rootstocks.
