生防技术对甜樱桃果蝇诱杀效果研究

- 采用不同类型诱捕器、不同种类及浓度的性诱剂与杀虫剂对汶川县海拔为1600、1800与2000m3个地方的甜樱桃果蝇进行诱杀效果的比较。结果表明:5月下旬至6月上旬为甜樱桃果蝇发生高峰期,海拔1800m地方的甜樱桃果蝇数量最多,应加大防治力度;甜樱桃果蝇诱杀效果以自制诱捕器C(在矿泉水瓶中部对称划开2个1.2cm的十字开口,诱芯为脱脂棉球)+98%诱蝇酮1.5mL+1.0%敌百虫(杀虫液其余成分为红糖3.0%,52°白酒5.0%,陈醋1.0%,盛200mL于诱捕器中)的组合最好。

- Thetrappingefficiencyonsweetcherryfruitflyamongdifferenttraps,sexpheromones,pesticidesataltitudesof1600,1800and2000minWenchuanwerecompared.TheresultsshowedthatthepopulationpeakoffruitflywasinthelastdecadeofMaytothefristdecadeofJune,andfruitfliesaccountforthegreatestnumberataltitudeof1800m,whichthepreventionshouldbefurtherenhanced;thecombinationofhomemadetrapC(twocrossopeningsof1.2cmwerecuttedsymmetricallyinthemiddleofplasticbottlesandthelurewasabsorbentcotton)+98%cuelureof1.5mL+1.0%trichlorfon(200mLmixedsolutionwhichincluded3.0%brownsugar,5.0%whitewineand1.0%aceticacidadditionally,waspouredintothetrap)hadthebesttrappingefficiency.
