- 以牡丹品种‘乌龙捧盛’侧芽为试材，研究了MS和WPM2种基本培养基、不同植物生长调节剂配比、不同蔗糖浓度和继代次数对不定芽诱导和增殖的影响。结果表明：WPM培养基对侧芽萌发和不定芽的诱导效果优于MS；不定芽增殖的最佳生长调节剂的组合是6-BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.3mg/L，增殖率最高达811.23%；蔗糖浓度为35mg/L时玻璃化率最低，更有利于不定芽的增殖；随着继代次数增加，不定芽增殖率先升后降,继代次数为4次时不定芽增殖率达最高。
- Abstract:
- Treepeony‘Wulongpengsheng’slateralbudswereusedasexplants，theeffectofbasicmedium,plantgrowthregulation,theconcentrationofsucrose,germinationtimesontheadventitiousbudsdifferentiationwerestudied..TheresultsshowedthatWPMwasbetterthanMS.ThebestmediumforproliferationwasWPM+6-BA2.0mg/L+IAA0.3mg/L,withtheproliferationofwas811.13%.Thebestconcentrationofsucrosewas35mg/L.Withthegerminationtimesincreasing,theproliferationrosefirstandfelllater.Theproliferationratereachedhighestatthefourth.
