- 以‘寨选7号’蓝莓一年生幼树为试材,采用红光(R)、蓝光(B)、黄光(Y)、红蓝比3∶1(3R1B)、红蓝比1∶3(1R3B)、红蓝比1∶1(1R1B)、白光(W,对照)对蓝莓幼苗进行光照处理60 d,研究了不同光质对蓝莓植株生长量及生理生化指标的影响,以期为蓝莓的高效栽培提供参考依据。结果表明:在不同光质处理下,一年生蓝莓幼树的株高、平均冠幅、茎粗、生物量均呈现逐渐增加的趋势。在第60天时,B处理下蓝莓的株高、总鲜质量、总干质量最大,1R1B、R和3R1B处理下根长最长,1R3B处理下茎粗最大。在不同光质处理下,蓝莓叶片中的叶绿素含量呈先上升后下降的趋势,还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)和总蛋白质含量变化较平稳,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和抗坏血酸(AsA)、双氧水(H2O2)含量总体呈下降趋势,丙二醛(MDA)含量和超氧阴离子(O?2)产生速率呈上升趋势。在第60天时,B处理下蓝莓叶片SOD活性和AsA、GSH含量最高,1R3B处理下叶绿素含量最高,3R1B处理下O?2产生速率有所下降,Y处理下H2O2含量降低。综合分析认为,3R1B和B处理有利于蓝莓植株生长发育。
- Abstract:
- One-year-old seedlings of blueberry ‘Zhaixuan No.7’ was used as experiment materials,and treated with red light (R),blue light (B),yellow light (Y),red-blue ratio of 3∶1 (3R1B),red-blue ratio of 1∶3 (1R3B),red-blue ratio of 1∶1 (1R1B) and white light (W,CK) for two months (60 days),the effects on the growth and physiological characteristics of blueberry under different light conditions were investigated,in order to provide reference for high-efficiency cultivation of blueberry.The results showed that under different light quality treatments,the plant height,average crown width,stem thickness and biomass showed a gradual increase trend.On the 60th day,the plants had the largest height,total fresh weight and total dry weight under B,the longest root length under 1R1B,R and 3R1B,and the largest stem thickness under 1R3B.Under different light quality treatments,the chlorophyll content in leaves increased first and then decreased,GSH and total protein content changed relatively smoothly,SOD activity and AsA,H2O2 contents showed an overall downward trend,MDA content and the production rate of O?2 were increased.On the 60th day,SOD activity and AsA and GSH contents were the highest under B,chlorophyll content was highest under 1R3B,O?2 production rate decreased under 3R1B,and H2O2 content decreased under Y treatment.In conclusion,3R1B and B treatments are beneficial to growth and development of blueberry.
