减量施肥对番茄生长和品质的影响

- 以番茄品种‘粉红908’〖JP+2〗为试材,采用设施大棚随机区组试验,设定4个不同减量施肥处理,化肥减量10%(T1)、化肥减量20%(T2)、化肥减量10%+有机肥(T3)、化肥减量20%+有机肥(T4),通过测定番茄株高、茎粗和产量以及硝酸盐、可溶性糖、维生素C、可溶性蛋白质、有机酸含量,比较不同减量施肥方法处理对番茄生长、产量和品质的影响,以期找到一种少肥高效的施肥方法。结果表明:化肥减量10%、20%能使番茄生长减慢,番茄株高、茎粗均显著低于对照,且产量、品质也低于对照。有机无机肥料配施的减量施肥模式能保证番茄产量稳定,使品质指标显著提高,其中最优施肥模式为减化肥20%配施有机肥处理模式。
- Abstract:
- ‘Fenhong 908’ was taken as material,the effect of different fertilizations on growth and quality of tomatos was studied.And it was treated by different fertilizations,10% reduction of chemical fertilizer (T1),20% reduction of chemical fertilizer (T2),10% reduction of chemical fertilize with organic fertilizer (T3),20% reduction of chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer (T4),with the methods of random block experiment.It was meansured that plant height,the steam thickness and yield,nitrate,soluble sugar,soluble protein,vitamin C and organic acid content of tomato,to compare the effection of different fertilization on growth and quality of tomato.The results showed that 10% and 20% reduction of chemical fertilizer could decrease the growth of tomato,make the plant height and stem thickness lower than CK,yield and quality also lower than CK.Combination application of organic and inorganic fertilizers could stabilize the yield,improve the quality significantly,and the best treatment was the 20% reduction of chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer.
