- 以大叶补血草种子为试材,对不同温度(5、10、15、20、25、30 ℃)条件下的萌发特性(萌发率、发芽势、萌发时滞、萌发时间和萌发历期)进行研究,探讨了大叶补血草萌发对策及其生态适应性,并为生产种植提供参考依据。结果表明:大叶补血草的种子10 ℃开始萌发,萌发率比较低。25 ℃条件下萌发率达到最高,在该温度下,种子的萌发率、发芽势和发芽指数均达最大,萌发时滞最短。因此,较高温度适合大叶补血草种子萌发,25 ℃是大叶补血草最适合的人工播种温度。同时,大叶补血草采用了谨慎萌发策略来适应恶劣的环境。
- Abstract:
- In order to explore seed germination characteristics,ecological significance and provide theoretical basis for the production and planting of Limonium gmelinii.The germination rate,germination potential and germination indexes,mean germination time,germination beginning days and germination periods in 6 different temperature conditions(5,10,15,20,25 and 30 ℃)were determined.The results indicated that at the temperature of 10-30 ℃ the seed germination rate increased first and then decreased with the rise of temperature,The minimum temperature was 10 ℃.The
