- 高温胁迫可对香菇正常生长发育造成严重影响,是造成香菇减产的重要原因之一。以20个我国常见的香菇栽培种质为研究对象,测定了其高温胁迫后的生理生化响应,利用主成分分析和聚类分析对各种质耐热性强弱进行排序,并根据田间试验产量指标综合鉴定评价了20个香菇栽培种质的耐热特性。结果表明:高温胁迫后,不同种质对某一具体生理指标的反应有所差异,生理指标综合得分和产量呈显著性负相关,综合评价后将供试香菇种质分类为耐热性较弱种质(2个)、耐热性适中种质(2个)和耐热性较强种质(16个),为今后进一步研究和利用香菇耐热种质提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- High temperature stress could seriously influence the growth and development of Lentinula edodes,causing decrease in production.Physiological characteristics such as antioxidant activities of 20 Lentinula edodes cultivars were analyzed under high temperature stress,and ranked based on principal components analysis and clustering analysis.Combined with production yields of field trial,the heat resistant properties of the Lentinula edodes cultivars were evaluated.The results showed that different cultivars had varied levels of physiological responses,and the physiological index scores and yields were significantly negative correlated.So 20 Lentinula edodes cultivars were classified into three groups,two heat-sensitive cultivars,two medium-resistant cultivars and sixteen heat-tolerant cultivars,which was feasible for research and use of heat-tolerant varieties of Lentinula edodes in the future.
