- 平菇新品种“驻研2号”是由河南省主栽品种“5651”和野生驯化菌株“驻9703”为亲本,经单孢杂交选育而获得的优良菌株,从接种到采收34~44 d,子实体叠生,菌盖贝壳型,颜色受温度影响,低温下深灰色,高温下浅灰色,柄长约3.5 cm,直径1.8 cm,六七成熟时菌盖直径4.5~5.0 cm,厚约0.9 cm。出菇整齐,茬次明显。2017—2018年区域试验表明,平均每100 kg干料产鲜菇71.5 kg,比对照品种“黑抗650”增产6.3%;生产试验结果表明,平均每100 kg干料产鲜菇79.8 kg,比对照品种“黑抗650”增产11.9%。
- Abstract:
- ‘Zhuyan No.2’ is a new cultivar of Pleurotus,breeding the new fine strain by the technique of Single Spore Crossbreeding,which choose Henan Province main cultivar ‘5651’ and the sequence of naturalized strain ‘Zhu 9703’ as the parenrts,34-44 days are required from inoculation to harvest.The fruiting body is storied.The pileus is shell shaped.The color of the pileus is affected by the temperature,the pileus show dark gray at low temperatures and show light gray at high temperatures.The length of stipe is about 3.5 cm.The diameter of stipe is about 1.8 cm.The pileus diameter and thickness of six or seven mature fruiting bodies are about 4.5-5.0 cm and 0.9 cm respectively.The products are uniform and the tide is obvious.The results of regional trials of 2017—2018 showed that the average yield of fresh fruit body was 71.5 kg per 100 kg dry compost,which was 6.3% higher than the control variety ‘Heikang 650’.The results of production test showed that the average yield of fresh fruit body was 79.8 kg per 100 kg dry compost,which was 11.9% higher than the control variety ‘Heikang 650’.
