- 蔬菜的供给与需求是我国当今蔬菜产业必须关注的问题,它不但与生产者、消费者有着利益上的关系,还对整个蔬菜产业链和经济发展有着重要的作用。哈尔滨市生鲜蔬菜的供给主要依靠哈尔滨市当地生产的生鲜蔬菜供给和外埠供给;土地、季节、成本、流通和科技因素会对这些供给造成影响。哈尔滨市对生鲜蔬菜的需求不断增多,对生鲜蔬菜需求的结构也发生变化;影响生鲜蔬菜需求的因素有收入因素、价格因素、自然因素和个人因素。针对上述供给与需求的现状以及哈尔滨市供给与需求的关系进行分析。结果表明:哈尔滨市生鲜蔬菜供给与需求存在着生鲜蔬菜生产效率低、生产旺季与淡季的供需严重不平衡、种植农户的生产能力弱和财政补贴制度不完善等问题,并从经营主体和政府2个方面给出建议。
- Abstract:
- Today,the supply and demand of vegetables has been the problem which the vegetable industry in China must pay attention to,it not only had the interests of relationship with the producers,consumers,but also had an important role on the entire vegetable industry chain and economic development.The supply of fresh vegetables in Harbin mainly depended on the local supply of fresh vegetables and the supply of other places.The supply of land,season,cost,circulation and science and technology would affect these supplies.The demand for fresh vegetables was increasing,and the structure of demand for fresh vegetables also changed.The factors influencing demand of fresh vegetables were income factor,price factor,natural factor and individual factor.According to the present situation of supply and demand and the relationship between supply and demand in Harbin,the supply and demand of fresh vegetables in Harbin were low efficiency of production of fresh vegetables,serious imbalance between supply and demand during peak season and off-season,weak production capacity of farmers and imperfect financial subsidy system and other issues,and gave advice from both the management subject and the government.
