- 以银叶金合欢种子为试材,采用温度、光照、赤霉素协同作用处理,设计正交实验,研究了各种组合处理对银叶金合欢种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数的影响,以期找到最适宜萌发的最佳组合条件。结果表明:温度对银叶金合欢种子萌发率差异显著;在25 ℃温度下,光照强度为4 200 lx,赤霉素浓度为100 mg?L-1时银叶金合欢种子萌发率最高为93.333%,银叶金合欢种子萌发的发芽势和发芽指数最大,最大值分别为81.667%和10.958。
- Abstract:
- The seeds of Acacia podalyriifolia were used as experimental material,and were synergistically treated with temperature,light intensity,and concentration of GA3 to design orthogonal test of three factors and three levels each.The influence of different treatments on germination rate,germination potential and germination index was studied to find the optimal conditions for germination.The results showed that the germination rate of different temperature treatments was significant difference.The germination rate was 93.333% with 25 ℃,4 200 lx light intensity,and 100 mg?L-1 GA3 solution.The germination potential and germination index were 81.667% and 10.958 with 25 ℃.
