- 白藜芦醇是一种多酚类化合物,具有多种药理活性,如抗癌、抗自由基等多种药效和保健功能。该试验以宁夏回族自治区贺兰山东麓酿酒葡萄和葡萄酒为试材,选取3个葡萄品种(“梅鹿辄”“赤霞珠”“霞多丽”)进行4种遮光处理,分别为未遮光(对照组)、40%、50%、60%遮光率。然后采用Agilent 1200高效液相色谱(HPLC)进行白藜芦醇的测定,以Zorbax Eclipse XDB-C18 色谱柱为分析柱,乙腈-超纯水溶液(30∶70,V/V)为流动相梯度洗脱,在流速为10 mL?min-1,柱温为21 ℃,检测的波长306 nm的条件下进行分析测定。结果表明:葡萄和葡萄酒2组试验中,白藜芦醇的含量都是一样的变化趋势,它的含量大小依次是对照组>40%遮光率>50%遮光率>60%遮光率;说明白藜芦醇的含量与光照强度有关,光强越强白藜芦醇的含量越高。
- Abstract:
- Resveratrol is a kind of polyphenol compounds,which has many pharmacological activities,such as anti-cancer and anti-free radical etc.Now the wine grape and grape wine from Ningxia Hui autonomous region were chosen as experiment material,three grapes (‘Merlot’‘Cabernet Sauvignon’ and ‘Chardonnay’) were dealed with four kinds of shading,which were no shading treatment (control group),40%,50% and 60% shading level respectively.And then by Agilent 1200 high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for the determination of resveratrol,Zorbax Eclipse XDB-using C18 chromatographic column for the analysis,acetonitrile-ultrapure water solution (30∶70,V/V) as mobile phase elution equal degree,flow rate of 10 mL?min-1,column temperature of 21 ℃,detection wavelength was 306 nm.The results showed that the grape and wine in the two groups had the same change trend with resveratrol,its content was follows,control group>40%>50%>60%.Showing that the content of resveratrol had the relationship with the light intensity,the higher the light intensity,the more the content of resveratrol.
