- 以“青苹果”竹芋为试材,采用盆栽种植与室内分析相结合的方法,分析了在固体酸调配营养液不同pH条件下对竹芋生长及地上部对养分吸收的影响。结果表明:在自来水配制和固体酸调配营养液pH的植株可以正常生长。与CK相比,各固体酸处理下叶面积不存在显著性差异;第106天时,除处理N1+SPA1和N2+SPA2外,CK与其它处理株高差异不显著,固体磷酸处理下植株叶绿素含量均呈增长趋势;Mo、Zn含量最高的N3+ASA3和N3+SPA3处理植株的2种元素含量相对处理CK显著降低了46.50%、23.13%,N3+SPA3处理的植株Mo含量在所有固体酸处理中最高,但积累量显著降低了45.09%。综上,该试验选取N3+SPA3为自来水配制配方肥料营养液的最佳养分浓度和固体磷酸调酸剂。
- Abstract:
- The cultivars of Maranta arundinacea L. was used as material,a total of seven treatments pot cultivation and laboratory analysis methods were studied,using pot experiment and laboratory analysis to study the impact on the growth and nutrient absorption of Maranta arundinacea L.,under the condition of different nutrient solution pH.The results showed that in the tap-water supply,solid acid pH nutrient solution formulation plants could grow normally.Compared with CK,not only all of the solid acid-treated leaf area was no difference,but also plant height was not significantly different,except the treatments of N1+SPA1 and N2+SPA2,also the chlorophyll content were not reduced at least.The results also showed that in all the solid acid treatments,compared with CK,Mo,Zn content of the highest N3+ASA3 and N3+SPA3 teatments plants still significantly decreased 46.50%,23.13%.Even if the treatment N3+SPA3 plant Mo accumulation was the highest in all solid acid treatment,but it was significantly reduced 45.09%.In summary,this study selected treatment N3+SPA3 as the optimum nutrient concentration,solid phosphoric acid as the adjustment agent.
