- 以黄芩(Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi)种子为试材,通过测定种子萌发指标和幼苗生理指标,探讨蘑菇渣堆肥滤液对100 mmol?L-1 NaCl胁迫下黄芩种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:蘑菇渣堆肥滤液可显著提高盐胁迫下黄芩种子的发芽势、发芽率、发芽指数以及幼苗的鲜质量、地上鲜质量、地下鲜质量;同时提高幼苗叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、可溶性糖含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)活性;充分显示蘑菇渣这一资源用于盐碱地土壤改良和解决黄芩栽培生产中盐胁迫问题的潜力。
- Abstract:
- In order to clarity the effect of spent mushroom compost leachate on the seed germination and growth of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi under salt stress,the seed was treated with spent mushroom compost leachate and NaCl solution (100 mmol?L-1),and the seed germination and growth indexes were analyzed.The results showed that the seed germination energy,germination rate,germination index,young green mass,above and below ground green mass increased significantly after the use of spent mushroom compost leachate,meanwhile,it increased the concentration of chlorophyll a/b,carotenoid,soluble sugar and the activities of SOD and POD,which solved the problem of salt stress on the cultivation of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi and implied the positive potential for the recovery of saline alkali land.
