低温胁迫对哈密瓜幼苗叶片生理的影响

- 近年来,全球气候剧变,春季倒春寒现象日益普遍,为了减轻春季寒流对植株的伤害,研究低温胁迫对哈密瓜幼苗生理的影响日益紧迫。以“西州密17号”、“西州密25号”、“新密45号”、‘8501’、‘86-1’为试材,采取人工低温胁迫(20℃、15℃、10℃、5℃、0℃)处理24 h,以未处理为对照,研究了低温胁迫对植株叶片过氧化物酶(POD)活性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、丙二醛(MDA)含量、叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明:哈密瓜幼苗经低温胁迫后,叶绿素含量下降,POD活性、SOD活性、MDA含量增加,“西州密17号”、“西州密25号”的耐寒能力高于其它品种。
- Abstract:
- In recent years,climate dramatic changes in later spring with global climate worsen,effect of physiological of seedlings under cold stress is becoming urgent.5 hami melon cultivars with different cold stress(20℃,15℃,10℃,5℃,0℃) were used to studied POD,SOD activities,MDA content,chlorophyll content in this paper.The results showed that cold stress of seedlings stage increased POD,SOD acticities and MDA content,chlorophyll was decreased,cold resistance of ‘Xizhoumi No.17’ and ‘Xizhoumi No.25’ were higher than others.
