- 以黑色与黄色玛咖种子为试材,在人工气候箱内进行种子萌发试验,研究了不同光照强度对不同品种玛咖种子发芽的影响。结果表明:全光照的条件对玛咖种子发芽萌发效果最好,发芽势、发芽指数、鲜重、干重等指标最高。较弱的光照环境(全黑暗)不利于玛咖种子萌发,各项指标为最低。另外,黄色玛咖种子发芽率、活力指数等各项指标均大于黑色玛咖种子。
- Abstract:
- Taking the black and yellow Maca seeds as material,the effect of different light intensity on different varieties of Maca seed germination was determined in climatic chambers.The results showed that the condition of full illumination was benefitted for Maca seed germination with high germination index,fresh weight,and dry weight and so on.As under the weak light environment (total darkness) was not conducive to the germination of seeds of Maca,and all of the indices were the lowest.In addition,the indices of yellow Maca seed germination rate and vigor index were higher than black Maca seed.
