新疆焉耆垦区辣椒病毒病发生规律及药剂防治研究

- 以新疆生产建设兵团第二师21团制干辣椒种植基地为研究对象,采用定时定点系统调查的方法,研究新疆焉耆垦区辣椒病毒病发生规律以及气候条件、蚜虫等因素对辣椒病毒病发生的影响,同时通过田间药效试验,筛选对辣椒病毒病有良好防效的药剂。结果表明:辣椒病毒病发生初期为5月下旬,6月下旬至7月下旬为病毒病的快速发展期,8月上旬至9月下旬为发生高峰期;平均气温在20~25℃时利于病毒病的发生,在发病率快速增加期降雨量增加会抑制蚜虫数量从而抑制病毒病,但累计降雨量与病毒病发生呈正相关;蚜虫发生高峰期与发病率快速增加期基本吻合,蚜虫是焉耆垦区辣椒病毒病的重要传播介体;在病毒病发生初期喷施6%低聚糖素水剂400倍液,第2次喷药2周后防效可达到80.16%,且不产生药害,防效明显高于其它3种药剂,可推荐使用于辣椒病毒病的防治。

- Taking pepper planting base of Regiment 21 Division No.2 of Xinjiang Production and Const Ruction Group as research object,the timing fixed-point investigation was used to investigate the occurrence law of pepper virus disease and the effects of climatic conditions,aphid on pepper virus disease in Yanqi reclamation region of Xinjiang.The results showed that the pepper virus disease occurred from late May,and developed rapidly from late June to late July,and reached to the peak from early August to late September.It was advantageous to the pepper virus disease when the average temperature was 20-25℃.High rainfall in the incidence rapidly expanding period would inhibit the number of aphids and inhibit the occurrence of virus disease.The accumulative rainfall was positively correlated with the virus disease.The occurrence peak of aphids coincided basically with the rapid development period of disease.Aphids were important transmission mediators of pepper virus disease in Yanqi reclamation region.When spraying the 400 times liquid of 6% oligosaccharides at the beginning of virus disease occurrence,the defensive efficiency could reach 80.16% two weeks after the second spraying,and it did not produce the phytotoxicity.Oligosaccharides was better obviously than the other three pesticides,which could be recommended to use in prevent and control of pepper virus disease.
