- 为研究枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)的花粉直感效应,选用“宁杞1号”、“宁杞2号”、“宁杞3号”、“宁杞7号”、“大麻叶”、“小麻叶”、“0901”等7个品种(系)的花粉,分别给“宁杞1号、“宁杞3号、“宁杞7号”授粉,以自花授粉为对照,观察其对当年坐果率和果实性状的影响。结果表明:3个供试枸杞品种都存在花粉直感效应,其中“宁杞3号”表现最明显。花粉直感效应在坐果率、果实大小、单果重、多糖含量方面表现明显,在果形指数方面表现不明显。
- Abstract:
- In order to study the pollen xenia effect of wolfberry,total of 7 wolfberry cultivars pollen,‘Ningqi No.1’,‘Ningqi No.2’,‘Ningqi No.3’,‘Ningqi No.7’, ‘Damaye’, ‘Xiaomaye’,‘No.0901’,were used for pollinating 3 cultivars,‘Ningqi No.1’,‘Ningqi No.3’,‘Ningqi No.7’,self pollinated as control.Its effect on fruit-setting rate and characters were observed.The results showed that the 3 test cultivars all showed xenia effect,but the ‘Ningqi No.3’ exhibited significantly.The xenia effect obviously appeared on fruit-setting rate,fruit size,fruit weight,polysaccharide content,except on fruit shape index.
