- 以“鄂西瓜16号”和“佳优”2个西瓜品种为试材,以西瓜自根为对照,研究了‘京欣砧4号’、‘新土佐’、‘H22’及‘H08-6’等4个砧木嫁接对2个西瓜品种生长发育、品质及产量的影响。结果表明:嫁接能增强西瓜的生长速率,单瓜质量和产量分别提高21%和35%,而维生素C含量和可溶性蛋白质含量分别降低了20.8%和13.5%,对果形指数无显著影响,对皮厚和可溶性固形物含量的影响不仅与砧木品种有关,还与西瓜接穗品种紧密相关。
- Abstract:
- Taking two watermelon varieties of‘Exigua No.16’and‘Jiayou’as test materials,effect of different rootstocks (‘Jingxinzhen No.4’,‘Xintuzuo’,‘H22’and‘H08-6’) on plant growth,fruit yield and quality of two watermelon were studied.Non-grafted plants were used as control.The results showed that grafting could enhance the growth rate of watermelon,single fruit quality and yield increased by 21% and 35%,respectively.While the contents of vitamin C and soluble protein were reduced by 20.8% and 13.5%,respectively.And grafting could not produce significant difference on fruit shape.Effect of soluble solids content and thick-skinned of grafted watermelon was not only concerned with rootstock choice,but also closely related to watermelon scion.
