- 以平菇为试材,以不同比例的枸杞枝屑为主要原料,采用袋栽方式栽培平菇,研究不同栽培基质对菌丝生长情况及生物学效率的影响,并在原试验配方基础上优化基质结构。结果表明:枸杞枝屑的含量不同对平菇菌丝的生长速度和生物学效率的影响不同,但无论枸杞枝屑作为低温型平菇栽培基质还是高温型平菇栽培基质,以枸杞枝屑45%、玉米芯40%、麦麸10%、石膏粉2%、胡麻饼2%、过磷酸钙1%为最佳配方;在此配方下平菇表现为菌丝生长势较强,产量高,生物学转化率高。
- Abstract:
- Taking Pleurotus osteratus as materials,in order to expand the raw materials range for cultivation of edible fungi,using bagged cultivation and take the wolfberry branch chips as main raw materials to cultivate Pleurotus osteratus,the effect of different culture medium on mycelia growth vigor and biological efficiency were studied.The results showed that in cultivating Pleurotus osteratus,different percentage of wolfberry branch chips powder used as medium would result in variation in the speed of growth and the biological efficiency.The optimum formulation was wolfberry branch chips 45%,corncobs 40%,bran 10%,gypsum 2%,flaxseed cakes 2%,calcium superphosphate 1%.It was feasible to cultivate Pleurotus osteratus with the wolfberry branch-chips.The mycelia growth vigor was strong.The mushrooms had high yield and biological efficiency.
