常温下壳聚糖处理对冬枣采后生理及保鲜效果的影响

- 以河北产冬枣为试材,研究了不同浓度壳聚糖涂膜处理对常温下(20±1)℃,相对湿度60%~80%的冬枣贮藏品质和保鲜效果的影响。结果表明:与CK组相比,壳聚糖处理能显著抑制果实烂果率和失重率的变化(P<0.01),延缓果实硬度和维生素C含量的下降(P<0.05),抑制果实呼吸速率的变化(P<0.05)。其中,以2.0g/100mL壳聚糖处理的冬枣贮藏品质最优,贮藏25d,烂果率仅为43.3%,失重率和呼吸速率分别为7.36%和98.3mg(CO2)?g-1?h-1,果实硬度和维生素C含量分别为9.23kg/cm2和2.42mg/g。
