- 以‘长茄1号’和‘圆茄1号’茄子为试材,采用25、50、100 mg·L-1和150 mg·L-1 4种浓度多效唑叶面喷施一叶一心的幼苗,研究了喷施不同浓度多效唑对茄苗形态、生物量积累、叶绿素含量和种苗质量的影响,以期筛选适宜春季茄子穴盘苗生长的多效唑浓度。结果表明:喷施多效唑可调控2个品种植株形态,抑制株高、茎粗和叶片数,降低地上部干物质分配比例,并提高地下部干物质积累量、叶绿素含量和根冠比,持续增加‘圆茄1号’壮苗指数,‘长茄1号’壮苗指数随喷施浓度先增加后减少。综合分析认为,喷施25 mg·L-1低浓度多效唑可有效改善茄苗株型,在抑制徒长的同时培育优质壮苗,为茄子工厂化育苗和宜机化栽培提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Taking ‘Changqie No.1’ and ‘Yuanqie No.1’ eggplants as the test materials,seedlings at the one-leaf-one-heart stage were sprayed with four concentrations of paclobutrazol (25,50,100 mg·L-1,and 150 mg·L-1) to study the effects of different concentrations on eggplant seedling morphology,biomass accumulation,chlorophyll content,and seedling quality,in order to screen the optimal paclobutrazol concentration suitable for the growth of spring eggplant plug seedlings.The results showed that paclobutrazol application regulated plant morphology in both cultivars,inhibiting plant height,stem thickness,and leaf number,reducing the dry matter allocation ratio in the aboveground parts while increasing dry matter accumulation in the underground parts,enhancing chlorophyll content and root-to-shoot ratio.The strong seedling index of ‘Yuanqie No.1’ increased consistently,while that of ‘Changqie No.1’ increased initially and then decreased with increasing concentration.Comprehensive analysis indicated that spraying a low concentration of 25 mg·L-1 paclobutrazol effectively improved seedling architecture,suppressed excessive elongation,and promoted high-quality sturdy seedlings,providing important technical references for industrialized seedling production and mechanized cultivation of eggplants.
