- 以‘陇椒2号’辣椒为试材,采用不同的灌水量(0.30、0.40、0.50 L·d-1·盘-1)、施肥量(5、10、15 g·盘-1)对幼苗进行处理,研究了水肥耦合效应对辣椒幼苗生长发育及生理指标的影响,以期为穴盘苗生产提供参考依据。结果表明:株高、茎粗、鲜质量、干质量、叶面积、壮苗指数、净光合速率表现出逐渐上升的趋势,叶绿素含量表现出先升高后下降的趋势,根系活力、可溶性糖含量表现出逐渐下降的趋势,在测定的前期各处理的差异不显著,中后期均出现显著差异,说明水肥耦合对辣椒幼苗的生长发育有影响。在处理过程中F1水平的3个处理表现较低,F2水平的处理表现最高,F3水平的处理表现居中。其中以F2W3处理的表现最好,表明中水高肥处理对辣椒幼苗的生长发育最为有利。该方法简单有效可以推广。

- Taking ‘Longjiao No.2’ pepper as the test material and treated the seedlings with different irrigation (0.30 L·d-1·dish-1,0.40 L·d-1·dish-1 and 0.50 L·d-1·dish-1) and fertilization rates (5 g·dish-1,10 g·dish-1,and 15 g·dish-1) to investigate the effects of water fertilizer coupling on the growth,development,and physiological indicators of pepper seedlings,in order to provide reference for production of plug seedling.The results showed that plant height,stem thickness,fresh weight,dry weight,leaf area,strong seedling index,and net photosynthetic rate showed a gradually increasing trend.Chlorophyll content showed a trend of first increasing and then decreasing,while root vitality and soluble sugar content showed a gradually decreasing trend.There were no significant differences among the treatments in the early stage of measurement,but significant differences were observed in the middle and late stages.The coupling of water and fertilizer had an impact on the growth and development of chili seedlings.During the processing,the three treatments at the F1 level showed lower performance,the treatment at the F2 level showed the highest performance,and the treatment at the F3 level performed in the middle.Among them,F2W3 treatment had the best performance.This indicated that the treatment of medium water and high fertilizer was the most beneficial for the growth and development of chili seedlings.This method was simple and effective and can be generalized.
