- 以黑龙江省收集的331份农家菜豆资源为试材,采用统计分析、相关性分析、聚类分析和主成分分析4种方法,研究了其遗传多样性和表型性状的遗传变异规律,并对资源进行综合评价,以期为菜豆新品种的选育提供丰富的育种材料。结果表明:收集的331份资源遗传多样性丰富,变异系数介于14.90%~44.51%之间,叶柄长、叶柄粗、嫩荚长、嫩荚宽、单荚种室数、单荚种子数和千粒质量7个性状的变异系数超过20%;聚类可将资源划分成两大类6小组;提取出5个主成分,贡献率分别为24.695%、16.359%、12.152%、9.752%和8.168%,累计贡献率为71.127%。其中,z158、z155、z085、z094、z271、z224、z016、z162、z097和z209可做优势资源利用。
- Abstract:
- The genetic diversity and phenotypic traits of 331 rural kidney bean resources collected in Heilongjiang Province were used as the test materials by statistical analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis and principal component analysis,and the results were used for resources were comprehensive evaluation of resources,in order to provide abundant breeding materials for the breeding of new varieties of rural kidney bean.The results showed that the genetic diversity of the 331 resources was rich,and the coefficient of variation was between 14.90% and 44.51%.The coefficient variation of 7 traits were more than 20%,such as PL,PT,TPL,TPB,NSCPP,NSPP,TKW.Clustering could divide resources into 2 categories and 6 groups.Five principal components were extracted with contribution rates of 24.695%,16.359%,12.152%,9.752% and 8.168%,respectively,and the cumulative contribution rate was 71.127%.The varieties z158,z155,z085,z094,z271,z224,z016,z162,z097 and z209 can be used as superior resources.
