- 摘要:以贵州6种野生猕猴桃的26个居群为试材,采用形态特征调查与ITS序列比对分析,研究了6种野生猕猴桃的亲缘关系以及采集地点对猕猴桃形态特征变异的影响,以期为合理保护及开发利用野生猕猴桃资源提供参考依据。结果表明:野生猕猴桃6个种的形态变异主要集中在叶柄长短、果实与节间距大小和质量性状特征上,主成分分析发现最大果长、最小果长、果实毛被、茎秆毛被、叶柄毛被、叶片正面毛被、叶片背面毛被、最大叶柄长、最小叶柄长、最大节间距和最小节间距是造成种间形态特征差异的主要原因。聚类分析显示,野生猕猴桃种间与居群间的形态变异与地理分布有一定的关系,其形态特征是遗传因素和环境因子综合作用的结果。聚类分析和ITS序列分析显示,6种野生猕猴桃可分成2个类群,除硬毛猕猴桃外,其它5个种是一个单系类群

- Abstract:The 26 populations from six wild kiwifruit species were used as test materials,the analysis of morphological variation and ITS sequence in 26 populations from six wild kiwifruit species were conducted to study the genetic relationships and the effect of population locality for morphology variation,in order to provide reference for future studies on the wild kiwifruit resources protection and utilization.The results showed that analysis of means showed that the six species of kiwifruit mainly differed in petiole length,internode length,fruit size and quality characteristics.The results of principal component analysis indicated that maximal fruit length,minimal fruit length,trichomes of fruit,trichomes of stem,trichomes of petiole,trichomes of leaflets (adaxial side),trichomes of leaflets (abaxial side),minimal petiole length,maximal petiole length,minimal internode length,maximal internode length were the main interspecific morphological differences.There were obvious morphological differentiation among species and populations which had a certain relationship with geographical distribution.The analysis of Qcluster and principal component analysis showed that the six kiwifruit species were grouped into 2 categories,A.chinensis var.deliciosa was clustered as a class and the other five kiwifruit species were anothor one.
