- 以实葶葱种植土壤和辣椒为试材,采用实葶葱种植地原土、未栽培作物的田间土以及二者按质量比1∶1配制成的混合土进行辣椒盆栽的方法,研究了不同浓度实葶葱种植土壤对辣椒植株生长发育及其根际土壤微生物和酶活性的影响,以期为实葶葱与辣椒间套作栽培制度的建立提供参考依据。结果表明:实葶葱混合土壤处理提早辣椒生育期,显著促进辣椒地上部生物量积累、果实可溶性糖和维生素C含量,极大增加了土壤微生物数量,并对土壤蔗糖酶、磷酸酶活性产生显著促进作用;而未混合的原土壤处理降低了辣椒地上部生物量积累、叶绿素含量和果实品质,并减少了辣椒根际微生物数量。相关性分析和通径分析阐明了土壤微生态环境对辣椒植株和果实生长发育起到重要作用。综上所述,实葶葱种植地土壤产生的化感作用影响辣椒生长发育以及辣椒根际微环境,并表现出“低促高抑”作用。
- Abstract:
- The Allium galanthum planting soil and Capsicum annuum was used as the test material.Potted Capsicum annuum by using the original soil from the planting field of Allium galanthum,the soil from the field of uncultivated crops and the mixed soil with the mass ratio of 1∶1 was carried out,to study the allelopathic effects of Allium galanthum on Capsicum annuum plant and fruit growth,rhizosphere soil microbial and enzyme activities,clarify the effect of soil mediated allelopathy of Allium galanthum on the growth of Capsicum annuum,in order to provide reference for the establishment of the cultivation system of Allium galanthum and Capsicum annuum.The results showed that the allelopathy at lower level of Allium galanthum planting soil accelerate the growth period of Capsicum annuum and significantly promoted the aboveground biomass accumulation,fruit soluble sugar and vitamin C contents,greatly increased the number of soil microorganisms,and significantly promoted soil sucrase and phosphatase.However,the high intensity allelopathy inhibited the aboveground biomass accumulation,leaf chlorophyll content and fruit quality indexes of Capsicum annuum,and reduced the number of microorganisms in rhizosphere.Correlation analysis and path analysis showed that well-coordinated soil microecological environment played an important role in the growth and development of Capsicum annuum.In conclusion,the results showed that the allelopathy of Allium galanthum planting soil could affected the growth and development,and the rhizosphere microenvironment of Capsicum annuum,and showed a ‘low promotion and high inhibition’ effect.
