叶用紫苏农艺性状动态变化及与叶片产量相关性分析

- 以4份叶片适于鲜食的紫苏品系为试材,对不同发育时期紫苏相关农艺性状进行动态观测,采用相关性分析及主成分分析等方法,研究了紫苏主要农艺性状生长变化规律及与叶片产量间的相关性,以期为高产叶用紫苏选育提供参考依据。结果表明:4个紫苏品系的株高、茎鲜质量、一次分枝数、单株叶片数量基本均表现出了在营养生长前期及中期快速增加,后期放缓,直至成熟衰老期出现回落的趋势;单株鲜叶产量呈先上升后下降的趋势,并在营养生长后期至生殖生长前达到最高值。主要农艺性状与鲜叶产量进行相关性分析,得出叶用紫苏单株鲜叶产量与叶片数及茎鲜质量呈极显著正相关,与一次分枝数、茎节数呈显著正相关,表明单株叶片数、茎鲜质量以及一次分枝数等对叶用紫苏的单株鲜叶产量具有较大的决定作用。综合主成分分析结果可知,植株高大健壮、分枝数多、叶片茂密是高产叶用紫苏的主要形态特征。

- Taking 4 perilla (Perilla frutescens L.) species that could be served raw as experiment materials,the dynamic observation and analysis on the relevant agronomic traits were carried out at differential stages.The correlation analysis,principal component analysis and other analysis were used,in order to provide reference for the breeding of high leaf yield in perilla.The results showed that,in all 4 species,the plant height,fresh weight in stems,number of primary branches and number of leaves per plant had similar patterns with rapid increase in the early and middle stages of vegetative growth period,slow increased in late stage and slight reduction in ripening and senescence phases.The fresh weight per plant increased initially and then descended.The highest weight was recorded in late stage of vegetative growth period and early stage of reproductive growth period.The correlation analysis of principal agronomic traits and fresh leaf yield indicated that the fresh leaf yield per plant had a significantly positive correlation with the number of leaves per plant and fresh weight in stems as well as had a positive correlation with the number of primary branches and number of stem nodes.These 4 elements had great decisive effects on the fresh leaf yield per plant.Together with the results of principal component analysis,it was comprehensively considered that the main morphological characteristics for perilla with high leaf yield are tall,more branches and large number of leaves.
