- 以地黄为试材,珍珠岩∶蛭石(3∶1)作为培养基质,采用HPLC指纹图谱和OPLS-DA分析方法,提取地黄根际土壤中总苯乙醇苷、总环烯醚萜成分作为处理液,设置总苯乙醇苷处理组、总环烯醚萜苷处理组、空白组等3组进行室内受控试验,研究了总苯乙醇苷、总环烯醚萜成分对地黄生长及质量特征的影响,以期为地黄根际次生代谢产物对地黄生长及质量特征的影响的研究提供参考依据。结果表明:总苯乙醇苷、总环烯醚萜苷2类成分在一定程度上对地黄的生长及块根发育具有促进作用;毛蕊花糖苷、异类叶升麻苷可能是调控叶片生长的重要成分之一,松果菊苷、羟基酪醇、益母草苷是调控块根生长的重要成分之一。总苯乙醇苷与总环烯醚萜苷处理组叶片部位的显著差异物质为毛蕊花糖苷、异类叶升麻苷,块根部位主要差异性物质为松果菊苷、羟基酪醇、益母草苷。
- Abstract:
- Taking Rehmannia glutinosa as material and pearl rock∶vermiculite (3∶1) as a culture matrix.The HPLC fingerprint spectrum and OPLS-DA analysis methods were carried out.Extraction of the total phenylethanoid glycosides and the total iridoid glycoside were used as treatment liquid.Three groups of total phenylethanoid glycosides treatment group,total iridoid glycoside treatment group,and blank group were used for indoor controlled experiments.The effects of total phenylethanoid glycosides and the total iridoid glycoside on the growth and quality characteristics of Rehmannia glutinosa were studied,in order to provide reference for the effect of secondary metabolites products on growth and quality characteristics of Rehmannia glutinosa.The results showed that the total phenylethanoid glycosides and the total iridoid glycosides had a degree of promoting Rehmannia glutinosa growth and root development.Acteoside and isoacteoside might be an important component of regulating the growth of leaves.Echinacoside,hydroxytyrosol and ajugol might be one of the important components of regulatory root growth.
