- ‘新丰’地黄是以品质、产量、抗病性、生长性状等为选择指标,通过对地黄品种‘北京3号’的优良单株进行多年选育而成的品种。品比、区域和生产试验中,‘新丰’均较对照品种增产;轮纹病、斑枯病发病率低,抗病性较强;连续3年所产生地黄的浸出物分别为76.2%、82.2%、89.2%,梓醇含量分别为0.63%、3.23%、2.18%,毛蕊花糖苷含量分别为0.023%、0.031%、0.023%,各项指标均符合《中华人民共和国药典》(2015)要求。2019年12月通过河南省中药材品种鉴定专业委员会鉴定(鉴定编号:豫中药品鉴2019013),适宜在怀地黄主产区即河南焦作地区进行种植。
- Abstract:
- ‘Xinfeng’,a new Rehmannia glutinosa variety,has been bred for many years from the excellent individual plants of ‘Beijing No.3’ based on indicators including quality,yield,disease resistance,growth traits.Compared to the control varieties,‘Xinfeng’ had more yields in comparison,regional and production tests,lower the incidence of ring spot and spot blight and stronger the disease resistance.In three consecutive years,the extracts of Rehmanniae Radix Recens produced by ‘Xinfeng’ were 76.2%,82.2%,89.2%,the content of catalpol was 0.63%,3.23%,2.18%,and the content of verbascoside was 0.023%,0.031%,and 0.023%,respectively,which showed all the tested indexes meet the requirements of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2015).In December 2019,the new variety identification was reviewed and approved by Henan Province Chinese Medicinal Material Variety Appraisal Professional Committee and the identification number was Yupinjian for Chinese Medicine 2019013.‘Xinfeng’ could be planted in Jiaozuo area of Henan Province,the main producing areas of Rehmanniae Radix.
