- 以香菇“808”菌株为试材,采用单因素试验及响应面设计法,对香菇液体发酵培养基配方进行了优化,以期为香菇规模液体发酵生产提供参考依据。结果表明:香菇菌丝生长最佳碳源为玉米郏罴训次贫狗郏罴盐藁挝狹gSO4;进一步以菌丝生物量为响应值,依据Box-Benhnken(BBD)设计预测最适发酵培养基配方为玉米粉25 g·L-1,黄豆粉10 g·L-1,MgSO4 4 g·L-1,在相同培养条件下,菌丝体生物量实测值为35.613 mg· mL-1,与理论值35.849 mg·mL-1相符。
- Abstract:
- Lentinus edodes strain ‘808’ was used as experimental material,the fermentation conditions for the liquid spawn of Lentinus edodes were optimized by the single factor experiment and response surface design,in order to provide reference for lentinus edodes large-scale liquid fermentation production.The results showed that the best carbon source for the growth of Lentinus edodes mycelium was corn flour,the best nitrogen source was soybean flour,and the best inorganic salt was MgSO4.Taking the mycelial biomass as the response value,according to the Box-benhnken (BBD) design,it was predicted that the optimal fermentation medium formula were corn flour 25 g·L-1,soybean flour 10 g·L-1 and MgSO4 4 g·L-1.Under the same culture conditions,the measured value of mycelial biomass was 35.613 mg·mL-1,which was consistent with the theoretical value of 35.849 mg·mL-1.
