- 平菇新品种“驻研1号”是由河南省主栽品种“CCEF89”和野生驯化菌株“4195”为亲本,通过单孢杂交育种选育而获得的优良菌株,生产周期45~50 d,中低温型品种,子实体叠生,菌盖扇形,颜色受温度影响,低温下呈深黑色,高温下呈深灰色。菌柄长约5 cm,直径15 cm,六七成熟时菌盖直径55 cm,厚约1 cm。出菇整齐,菇厚韧性强,商品性状好。2017—2018年区域试验结果表明,生物学效率高达842%,比对照品种“黑抗650”生物学效率高665%。生产试验结果表明,生物学效率高达897%,比对照品种“黑抗650”增产95%。适宜河南省大部分地区秋冬季栽培。
- Abstract:
- ‘Zhuyan No1’ is a new cultivar of Pleurotus,breeding the new fine strain by the technique of monosporous hybridization,which choose Henan Province main cultivar ‘CCEF89’ and the sequence of naturalized strain ‘4195’ as the parenrts.The production cycle is 45-50 days.Low and medium temperature varieties,fruiting bodies are superimposed,the pileus is fan-shaped,color is affected by temperature,dark black at low temperature,dark gray at high temperature.The length of stalk is about 5 cm.The diameter of stalk is about 15 cm.The pileus diameter and thickness of six or seven mature fruiting bodies are about 55 cm and 10 cm respectively.The products are uniform and the pileus is thick and tough,and have good commercial properties.The results of regional trials of 2017—2018 showed that the biological efficiency was as high as 842%,which was 665% higher than control variety ‘Heikang650’.Production test results showed that the biological efficiency was as high as 897%,which was an increase of 95% over the control variety ‘Heikang650’.Suitable for autumn and wintetr cultivation.
