- 黑木耳具有较高的营养价值和药用价值,是我国食用菌主栽品种之一。近年来,随着黑木耳产业的发展和国家天然林保护力度的加大,木屑原料的供应问题日益严重。农作物秸秆来源广、产量大、种类多,并且价格低廉、营养丰富,是栽培食用菌的理想原料。目前,利用秸秆栽培黑木耳已成为相关部门研究的热点。该研究在前人研究的基础上综述了秸秆栽培黑木耳技术的研究现状、存在问题及发展前景,旨在为后续研究提供借鉴和参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Auricularia heimuer is one of the major cultivate edible fungus in China with high nutritional and medicinal value.In recent years,with the development of the A.heimuer industry and the strengthening of national natural forest protection,the supply of sawdust had become increasingly serious.The crop straw was an ideal raw material for cultivation edible fungi because of its wide source,large quantities,great variety,low price and rich nutrition.At present,the cultivation of A.heimuer using crop straw has become the research focuses in relevant departments.In order to give a reference for the following studies,this study summarized the research status,existing problems and the prospects of the technique cultivating A.heimuer with crop straw in the basis of previous studies.
