- 以黑龙江省7个马铃薯种植区采集并分离得到的204个马铃薯黑痣病菌菌株为试材,采用SSR分子标记技术方法,研究了菌株遗传差异性,分析了黑龙江省马铃薯黑痣病菌遗传多样性。结果表明:使用选取的10对SSR引物对204个供试菌株进行扩增,其中10对引物均可对供试菌株扩增出多态性好、清晰和稳定的条带。通过聚类分析可知,遗传距离为2.577 09时划分为4个类群,各类群菌株分布复杂,表明黑龙江省马铃薯黑痣病病菌遗传类型复杂多样,菌株的遗传多样性与样品采集地无明显相关性。
- Abstract:
- 204 Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn strains collected and isolated from seven potato growing areas in Heilongjiang Province were used as test materials,and SSR molecular marker technology was used to study the genetic differences of the strains in order to study the genetic diversity of Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn strains.The results of genetic diversity analysis showed that 10 pairs of SSR primers were used to amplify 204 tested strains,in which 10 pairs of primers could amplify polymorphic,clear and stable bands for the tested strains.According to the cluster analysis,it was found that 204 strains were divided into 4 groups when the genetic distance was 2.577 09 and the distribution of ever groups was complicated.The results showed that the genetic diversity of Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn from potato in Heilongjiang Province was complex and varied and the genetic diversity of the strain was also not significantly correlated with the sample collection.
