- 以自然发生的羊肚菌白腐病病菇为试材,以病菇分离菌株为研究对象,采用形态学结合ITS序列分析技术,研究了病原菌的分类地位,并按照柯赫法则要求将病原菌进行回接验证,以期确定羊肚菌白腐病的病原菌。结果表明:羊肚菌白腐病的病原菌为曲霉属真菌。
- Abstract:
- Taking the diseased morel ascocarps as materials and isolates from diseased mushrooms as objects,the taxonomic status of the pathogen was studied by morphological characteristics combined with sequence analysis of internal transcribed sequence (ITS).In order todetermine the pathogen of morel white rot,the pathogen was validated by experiments of re-inoculation according to the requirements of Koch postulates.The results showed that the pathogen of morel white rot was Aspergillus sp.
