- 以吉林抚松的人参花为试材,采用超声提取法提取人参花多糖,研究了液料比、提取时间、溶液pH、提取温度、提取次数等因素对人参花多糖提取率的影响,并利用响应面法进行优化。结果表明:人参花多糖提取率的影响因素为液料比>溶液pH>提取时间;当液料比为22∶1 mL?g-1,提取时间为39 min,溶液pH为10.5时,人参花多糖提取率为4.19%,实测值与理论值之间具有良好的拟合度,优化的工艺条件适于人参花多糖提取。
- Abstract:
- The ginseng flower was used as material, polysaccharide in ginseng flower was extracted by ultrasonic method.The effects of liquid-solid ratio,extraction time,pH of solvent,extraction temperature and extraction times on the extraction rate of polysaccharide were investigated.Response surface method was used to optimize the extraction process of polysaccharide.The results showed that the influencing factor of the extraction rate of polysaccharide was liquid-solid ratio>pH of solvent>extraction time.When the liquid-solid ratio was 22∶1 mL?g-1,the extraction time was 39 minutes, and the pH of solvent was 10.5,the extraction rate of polysaccharide was 4.19%.The fitting degree between the measured and theoretical values was good,and the optimized conditions were suitable for the extraction of polysaccharide in ginseng flower.
