- 以1年生人工栽培山杏与南疆野生栽培山杏实生苗为试材,采用聚乙二醇(PEG-6000)人工模拟干旱胁迫的方法,研究了干旱胁迫对其生长状况与生理生化的影响,以期筛选出耐旱性强的杏优良品种。结果表明:轻度干旱均不会影响人工栽培山杏与南疆野生栽培山杏的生长,随着干旱胁迫程度的加强和时间的延长,2个山杏叶片中的相对电导率、游离脯氨酸含量和3种抗氧化酶活性呈上升趋势。在相同胁迫条件下,南疆野生栽培山杏抗旱性优于人工栽培山杏品种。
- Abstract:
- The seedlings of one-year-old apricot and wild apricot in South Xinjiang were used as test materials,artificial simulation of drought stress with PEG-6000.The effects of drought stress on the growth,physiology and biochemistry of apricot were studied in order to select the apricot varieties with high drought tolerance.The results showed that light drought did not affect the growth of cultivated apricot and wild apricot.With the increase of drought stress and the extension of time,the relative conductivity,free proline content and three antioxidant enzyme activities in the leaves of two apricots increased.Under the same stress condition,the drought resistance of wild apricot was better than that of artificial apricot.
