- 以切花菊‘黄中黄’为试材,采用控制浇水量模拟干旱的方法,研究了干旱处理20 d后及复水15 d后再次进行胁迫处理对其生理活性的影响。结果表明:切花菊‘黄中黄’在干旱胁迫时相对电导率逐渐升高、丙二醛含量逐渐升高、叶绿素含量先下降然后上升、根系活力迅速下降的趋势;经过复水后再次干旱处理,各指标变化趋势与第1次干旱处理相似,只是变化幅度增大,这说明干旱对切花菊‘黄中黄’产生的影响具有累加性。
- Abstract:
- Taking cut chrysanthemum ‘Huangzhonghuang’ as test material,controlling water quantity of drought stress for the first 20 days of drought treatment,then normal watering management,15 days later for stress treatment 20 days again determination,the effects on physiological activity were studied.The results showed that with the increasing degree of drought stress,conductivity and MDA content were on the rise;chlorophyll content decreased first and then increased,root activity decreased rapidly.After rewatering and drought stress again,the change tendency of each index was as similar as to the first drought stress,but variation amplitude.It proved that drought had a cumulative effect.
