- 以43个不同藏茴香种质资源的新鲜叶片为试材,采用超声波法,通过单因素试验及多因素正交实验,优化提取藏茴香鲜叶中总黄酮的试验条件,旨在筛选出藏茴香鲜食品种。结果表明:当乙醇浓度60%、料液比1∶14 g?mL-1、提取时间60 min、提取温度60 ℃时,藏茴香鲜叶中总黄酮含量最高。藏茴香不同种质资源鲜叶中总黄酮的含量差异较大,范围在1.054~27.404 mg?g-1,平均含量为9.303 mg?g-1,变异系数为68.207%。通过聚类分析,将不同藏茴香种质资源分成了三大类,可根据不同的需求,合理地开发利用。
- Abstract:
- Forty-three fresh leaves of different germplasm resources of Carum carvi were used as experimental materials,and the experimental conditions of extracting total flavonoids from fresh leaves were optimized by ultrasonic method through the orthogonal experiment of single factor and multi-factor.In order to select fresh food varieties.The results showed that the total flavonoids extraction contents from fresh leaves was the highest when the concentration of ethanol was 60%,the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶14 g?mL-1,extraction time was 60 minutes and extraction temperature was 60 ℃.The total flavonoids contents in fresh leaves of different germplasm resources of Carum carvi were quite different,the range of total flavonoids content was 1.054-27.404 mg?g-1,the average content was 9.303 mg?g-1.The coefficient of variation was 68.203%.Through cluster analysis,the different germplasm resources of Carum carvi were divided into three categories,which could be developed and utilized reasonably according to different needs.
