- 以云南保山桃红牛肝菌为试材,采用超声波辅助法提取多酚,使用正交实验法对提取工艺进行优化;通过测定桃红牛肝菌多酚对DPPH?、ABTS+?和?OH的清除能力评价其抗氧化活性。结果表明:最佳提取条件为乙醇体积分数50%,料液比1∶30 g?mL-1,超声时间50 min,超声功率100 W,在此工艺条件下桃红牛肝菌多酚得率为7.76 mg?g-1。桃红牛肝菌多酚呈现出较好的抗氧化活性,且与浓度成一定的正相关关系,在质量浓度为1.0 mg?mL-1时,对DPPH?、ABTS+?和?OH的清除率分别为42.3%、63.6%和66.5%。
- Abstract:
- Ultrasonic-assisted extraction of polyphenols,orthogonalization method was used to optimize the extraction process with Yunnan Baoshan Boletus regius;and the antioxidant activity was evaluated by the scavenging ability of DPPH?,ABTS+? and ?OH.The results showed that the optimal extraction processing parameters were ethanol concentration 50%,solid-liquid ratio 1∶30 g?mL-1,ultrasonic time 50 minutes and ultrasonic power 100 W.Boletus regius polyphenols showed good antioxidant activity and the antioxidant ability was correlated with the concentration,the clearance rates of DPPH?,ABTS+? and ?OH were respectively reached 42.3%,63.6% and 66.5% at the concentration of 1.0 mg?mL-1.
