- 为筛选出水肥一体化条件下宁夏枸杞栽培施肥的最佳配方,以3年生“宁杞7号”为试材,按有机质、氮、磷、钾配比设计6个施肥处理,对照(CK)采用穴施覆土的传统施肥方式,处理A1~A6采用水肥一体化智能控制装备进行精准施肥管理,其中A1、A2为氮磷钾配肥处理,A3、A4、A5和A6为有机质+氮磷钾配肥处理,在宁夏枸杞主产区中宁县开展田间试验,研究了各处理对枸杞产量及品质的影响。结果表明:与CK相比,A1~A6处理枸杞产量、百粒质量、总糖含量、多糖含量、蛋白质含量平均增加率为18.75%、2.13%、2.16%、1.11%、4.36%;粒度平均减少7.33粒·(50g)-1,脂肪平均减少0.06 g·(100g)-1。可见,水肥一体化技术对枸杞提质增产有一定促进作用。对比氮磷钾配肥处理和有机肥+氮磷钾配肥处理枸杞产量及品质各项指标发现,有机肥配施效果更优,其中A5处理枸杞产量、百粒质量、总糖含量、多糖含量增加率最高,分别为39.58%、24.12%、4.75%、2.85%。综合分析表明,水肥一体化条件下处理A5为最佳配施肥。
- Abstract:
- To screen out the optimum formula of wolfberry fertilization under integrated water and fertilizer fertigation,in this study,3yearold ‘Ningqi No.7’ was taken as the test material and six fertilization treatments were designed according to different ratios of organic matter,nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium.Compared with CK,traditional fertilization pattern of soilcovered hole was applied for A1 to A6 treatments.The integrated water and fertilizer intelligent control equipment was used for precision fertilizer recommendation management.A1 and A2 treatment were under fertilizer treatment with N,P and K,and A3,A4,A5 and A6 treatment were under treatment with organic matter+N,P and K.The field experiment was carried out in Zhongning county,the main wolfberry production area in Ningxia,to study the influences of various treatments on wolfberry production and quality.The results showed that compared with CK,the average increase rates of wolfberry production,100grain mass,content of total sugar,polysaccharide content,protein content under treatments of A1 to A6 were 18.75%,2.13%,2.16%,1.11% and 4.36%,respectively.The average grain size was reduced by 7.33 grains·(50g)-1,and the fat was reduced by 0.06 g·(100g)-1 on average.Obviously,the integrated technology of water and fertilizer could improve the wolfberry quality and production.By the comparisons of various indexes under the treatments with N,P and K and organic matter+N,P and K,it could be found that the latter had better effects.A5 treatment had the highest rate of increase in wolfberry production,100garin mass,content of total sugar and polysaccharide content,that was 39.58%,24.12%,4.75% and 2.85%,respectively.The comprehensive analyses showed that A5 treatment under the treatment of integration of water and fertilizer was the optimum fertilization.
