- 以长白山产软枣猕猴桃茎、叶为原料,以茎叶多糖得率为指标,利用超声提取叶多糖微波提取茎多糖,通过单因素试验和响应面试验优化最佳提取方法,得到茎、叶多糖最优提取条件。结果表明:茎多糖提取工艺为微波时间40 min、微波功率315 W、液料比59 mL·g-1,茎多糖得率为2.85%;叶多糖超声提取工艺为超声时间40 min、液料比为40 mL·g-1、超声提取功率为900 W,在此条件下叶多糖得率为4.50%;提取得到的茎、叶多糖均具有清除DPPH自由基的能力,可以作为一种天然的抗氧化剂进一步开发利用。
- Abstract:
- The stems and leaves of Actinidia arguta were used as test materials,using the polysaccharide yields as index,the ultrasonic assisted extraction method was chosen for extraction leaves polysaccharides,and the microwave-assisted extraction method was chosen for extraction stems method.The optimum extraction methods of polysaccharide were determined on the base of single test and response surface methodology.The results showed that the optimum technology of leaves was that ultrasonic time was 40 minutes,liquid-solid ratio was 40 mL·g-1 and the ultrasonic power was 900 W.Under the condition the yield of leaves polysaccharide was 4.50%.The optimum technology of stems was that the microwave time was 40 minutes,the microwave power was 315 W,the liquid-solid ratio was 59 mL·g-1,under the condition the yield of stems polysaccharide was 2.85%.The polysaccharide extraction from the stems and leaves could scavenge DPPH,and the polysaccharides could be used as natural antioxidant,to be further exploited.
