- 氮是作物生长发育的必需元素,如何提高作物的氮利用率是农业生产面临的重大挑战。该研究综述了作物氮素吸收与利用效率影响因素、高氮素吸收与利用生理机制、提高作物氮素吸收利用效率的主要途径,并对后续氮素研究做了展望,以期为筛选和选育高氮效率品种提供参考依据。
- Abstract:
- Nitrogen is an essential element for crop growth and development.How to improve crop nitrogen use efficiency is a major challenge for agricultural production.This study reviewed the influencing factors on nitrogen uptake and utilization of crops,physiological mechanism of high nitrogen uptake and utilization,main ways improving nitrogen uptake and utilization and prospected the further study.It provided a theoretical basis for screening and breeding high nitrogen efficiency varieties.
